About Your Host: Lynda Monk

Lynda Monk, MSW, RSW, CPCC is Director of the International Association for Journal Writing. As a Registered Social Worker and Certified Professional Life Coach, Lynda regularly teaches and speaks on the healing, manifesting and transformational power of journal writing. She is co-editor, along with Eric Maisel, of two books including Transformational Journaling for Coaches, Therapists, and Clients: A Complete Guide to the Benefits of Personal Writing and The Great Book of Journaling: How Journal Writing Can Support a Life of Wellness, Creativity, Meaning and Purpose. She is co-author of Writing Alone Together: Journalling in a Circle of Women for Creativity, Compassion and Connection. Lynda is also the author of Life Source Writing: A Reflective Journaling Practice for Self-Discovery, Self-Care, Wellness and Creativity and producer of the Creative Wellness Guided Meditations.
